In only 10 days we build, learn and earn.

Inspired by Jake Knapp's "5-day sprint", like the roles we bring together. Developer, designer, marketing, finance, and other domain experts. Facilitator runs the sprint. EU Integrated helps find your first users. Sprinters offer their expertise, pushing every project to a public launch.

Hubs near Málaga (Spain), in Tallinn (Estonia), and more to come.
Next sprints: 11–21 September & 18–28 December 2026. Two weekends + workweek in between.

Work and live together. Until you ship.

Your project is all yours

We'd love to see cofounders find each other! But you work on what you came to build. Ask for feedback and expertise, without sharing revenue or equity.

Push for public launch

You can share daily tasks in the group chat. Or with your accountability partner, who will also help you the most — changes after (Demo) Day 5.

Everyone's a mentor-mentee

Every sprinter brings what others need. Marketer wants to vibe code, a developer learn branding. Improve their workflow. Go separate ways.

The 10-day rhythm

  1. 1

    Arrive (Fri/Sat)

Settle in, meet the group, evening dinner. Ideas are already scored before you arrive.

  2. 2

    Build (Mon–Wed)

Two or three deep-work blocks per day. 15-min morning standup. Help each other between blocks.

  3. 3

    Midpoint demo (Thu evening)

Present your progress to the group. Honest feedback. Decide what to cut and what to double down on.

  4. 4

    Switch & recharge (Fri)

Half the group swaps apartments for variety. Day trip or sports break while both places get cleaned.

  5. 5

    Ship & test (Sat–Sun)

User interviews with your demo. First real payment ask. Launch what you have.

  6. 6

    After the sprint

You leave with something live, real feedback, and people who saw you build it.

From application to launch — how it all works

Once accepted and paid, you get access to our build workflow: AI-tools setup, idea-scoring framework, and prompts to arrive ready. All prep happens before Day 1.

We use ICE scoring (Impact, Confidence, Ease) to help you pick what to build. If you are stuck between ideas, your helper's preference breaks the tie.

Morning standup, deep-work blocks, skill-sharing between sprinters. Evening is yours — work, cook, unwind, whatever fits your rhythm.

On Day 4 evening you present to the group. Honest feedback only. Cut scope, double down, or change direction based on real signal.

Before the sprint ends, every project attempts a real payment or letter of intent. Not a landing page. Not a survey. Real money from a real person.

You keep everything you built. We do a short retrospective, share what we learned, and stay connected for future sprints.

Questions

For now, yes. At least one current sprinter needs to know or vouch for you. Everyone can apply, but we curate for variety in skills and compatibility. Our priority is people who help each other, not just show up.

Yes. Sprints work best with mixed skills — marketers, designers, finance people, customer experts, not just developers. You will learn from others and they will learn from you.

Yes. We have stable wifi and video-call space. Remote participation for cofounders is fine.

No. Sharing on social media is voluntary. We might ask if you are okay with wide-shot timelapses of the group working — faces are not identifiable — but you can opt out.

If we cancel a sprint (e.g. not enough participants), you get a full refund. If you cancel more than 7 days before, full refund. Less than 7 days, no refund — your spot is held and someone else might have been turned away.

That's fine. Come with a problem you want to solve. We will help you score and pick an idea on Day 1.
